At Nextensa, we are deeply committed to reducing the ecological footprint of our developments. For the Moonar project, this translates into high-performance building insulation, a massive reduction in primary energy use, and extensive EV charging infrastructure.
The fully renovated buildings Astral, Boson, Density and Equinox are all BREEAM certified with an “Excellent” rating.
This green approach is completed by a strict preservation of local biodiversity across the site.
